America is changing, is Malaysia?

The American has spoken. They have decided to have an African-American to be their 44th President. Barrack Obama is the 1st Black President of the United States of America. If America where the majority is "White" people can elect a "black" presedent, when will Malaysia be ready to have a Non-MalayPrime Minister? Why must our Prime Minister comes from the majority ethnic group, Malay? If a Malaysian Chinese or Indian or Kadazandusun is more capable than the "appointed" Prime Minister? Why must our Malaysian Prime Minister be appointed and not chosen by the people? If Malaysians are eager for a change, we must change our perception too. It's time for a change! Enough of Barisan National, Enough of UMNO, enough of all the bullshits and denial from the present Malaysian Government! More than half a decade is enough for te Barisan National and it's time to give the Pakatan Rakyat a chance to govern our nation. How can we move ahead if our leaders are remained unchanged, the same as 51 years ago!?

Prelude

James was the Dean of Perwira Education Group from 1999-2002 and became the General Manager of Perwira Education Group from 2003-2004 before he decided to explore worldwide. He chose Beijing as his first destination in advancing his career globally. He was offered at the Zhuozhan Days Hotel and Shangri-La Beijing Hotel as its English Training Specialist, responsible for enhancing the entire English standard of the staff and management. He then pursued with the Pre-opening team of The Westin Beijing, Financial Street and Manzhouli Holiday International Hotel. His latest involvement is with the pre-opening/post opening of The Legation Quarter Beijing as Training Manager.

He was actively involved in the school co-curriculum activities such as Trilingual Speech Contest (English, Malay & Mandarin), Chinese Impromptu Speech Contest where he emerged as the Champion, Student Forum Competition, Essay Writting Competition, and Public Speaking Contest where he was the 1st ever Asian student to have won the Top 3 Prizes in the Auckland Inter-High School Public Speaking Contest representing Lynfield College. He was awarded with the Lynfield College Oratory Award in 1996 and Principal's Congratulatory Letter by bringin Fame to his College. James was the 1st Asian student to be awrded with the Oratory Award since 1962.

James' passion lies more in language and literature where he was the regular guest speaker of the Malaysia National Language and Literature Ministry. From Seminars to Workshops and Forum, he was always in the speaker's list. With his blessed and gifted ability to communicate in multilingual such as English, Malay, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hakka, Kadazan (and currently learning Korean), he hope to be able to guide and teach more people by encouraging them to be at least a bilingual speaker in this new age of era.
